Zoom Exercise Classes
We are running a number of classes on Zoom that you can join from the safety of your own home. These classes are FREE for all members.

- Circuit with Shehnaz: Wednesday’s at 6.15pm
- Chair Exercise For All Abilities with Sophie : Thursday’s at 1pm
- Keep Fit with Heidi : Friday’s at 11am
