Zoom Exercise Classes

We are running a number of classes on Zoom that you can join from the safety of your own home.  These classes are FREE for all members.

  • Tai Chi with Yvonne : Monday’s at 10am
  • Adapted Pilates with Eve : Tuesday’s at 1pm
  • Chair Exercise For All Abilities with Sophie : Thursday’s at 1pm
  • Keep Fit with Heidi : Friday’s at 11am

We do ask a few questions to make sure that our members are safe. If you have already answered these questions then please ignore it unless your circumstances have changed:
We will pass this information on to your specialist instructor so they can plan a safe exercise session for all participants.
